My friend ordered a bouquet of flowers and had them sent to me due to a death in my family. Not only were they not the flowers she ordered, the flowers started dying immediately. I’ve had these flowers for 3 days and on day 2 the roses had brown spots. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for flowers.

My husband bought myself and daughter Valentine’s Day flowers. My set of flowers which cost almost $90 was NOT what I got. The worst part is they were already dying and was completely dead 2 days after I got them. My daughters had broken flowers when delivered and was dead just like mine hers cost $70 for those prices I expect more than what we got. I do NOT recommend this florist to anyone. What a waste of money.

My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day and I did not get what he ordered. It is the ugliest arrangement I have ever received. They did not use flowers that were shown in the picture and instead just used babies breath and white snap dragons spray painted powder blue. The lily in the arrangement was damaged and missing petals. I understand that florist need to use substitutions; however, this was put together as cheaply and carelessly as possible. Buyer beware.

I would not recommend this florist. I ordered flowers for a friend with cancer at Duke Hospital. They were never delivered. After calling the florist 5 times and emailing them once, I finally got in touch with someone at the store 3 days later. The man spoke broken English and assured me they would re-deliver the flowers. I then got a call back from another person at the florist and they said the cleaning person answered the phone earlier. The person said they could not refund me but would send another arrangement out. I was weary and made him send me a picture of the delivery. The arrangement looked nothing like the one I ordered online. Many cheap filler flowers. I’m highly disappointment.

I ordered a small arrangement on their online website before they were open one morning. It was to be delivered the same day to a building a little over a mile away. I chose an arrangement and went through the delivery and payment process. Ordering online was very easy and I had no issues with any of that. I did get a confirmation email about the order. I was disappointed that I didn’t get any indication of when it may be delivered in my email. I wish they used a more real time approach to their deliveries and also included a photo of the final product and the delivery time. More and more florists are doing this and it’s very helpful when something unexpected happens. I appreciate a florist being in contact with me until the arrangement is delivered, either by email or text. It just lets clients know that the florist cares about their business and wants to make sure they are happy all the way through the process. The arrangement I chose from their site was beautiful. What the recipient got was a bit different, not by much, but I would have liked having the round bouquet like in the arrangement I chose. Or I would have liked to have been informed that maybe they didn’t have the
